Tower Site & Management Services We know from first-hand experience that it's hard to rely on tower companies to provide a safe working environment for all of your tower facilites. We also know that several companies don't always have top-notch climbers and staff members working on your tower facilities, and many of them allow their climbers to take shortcuts to get the job done quicker. Sometimes these climbers or workers are not always drug-free or alcohol-free, thus allowing more and more chances of having an accident or serious injury occur on the job site.

All of our tower workers go through an extensive training program and we offer a drug-free and alcohol-free environment for our clients and customers. - $70/hr for small towers (does not include ground crew / discounts available for amateur radio licensees ad non-profit organizations)
- $85/hr for large or commercial towers (does not include ground crew)
- $35/hr for basic ground crew/additional hands(Prices include tower safety equipment, basic tools, cable ties, and time. -- Additional tower parts, cables, antennas, coax sealant, etc are not included.)

Bay Area Repeater Systems fully supports and practices the "100% Tie-Off" rule. Our gear and equipment are inspected before each use, meet and exceed all OSHA and ANSI regulations, and we include free tower safety inspections and assessments when working at all tower sites or facilities. -- This is for both our safety and yours, as we always put safety first in everything we do.
