Although we guarantee all products we sell to be free from
defect or any errors in your order, we gladly accept returns
on most all products (excluding software) within 7 days of received
date (date that you have received your order from us).
When you order your item(s), it arrives at our workshop first.
We then inspect the item(s) and all aspects before we give them
to you. We want to be absolutely sure that you receive your item(s)
in working condition and that your order is correct. If it does
not meet our standards and match your order, we ship it back.
That way you don't have to deal with the error or mistake of
your item(s) as you would with other companies.
If you still need to return your item(s), we will require
the following:
- Customer Number
- Invoice Number
- Reason for Return
We will then create a return order and exchange the item or
refund your money within 1-2 business days (less shipping time
if applicable).
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on used or surplus
equipment. Although we always confirm that they are in working
order (unless noted as scrap/other), we also state that they
are sold as is and therefore cannot guarantee otherwise due to
the condition and age of the equipment.
