Welcome and thank you for visiting Bay Area Repeater Net, home of the last open-use GMRS repeater network in the SF Bay Area!! Due to Covid-19 and the loss of our jobs, we have officially closed down the BARN network and organization as of December 21, 2021. We are sorry to see such an awesome support system for the bay area end (the only system that boasted 180 miles of portable coverage). We just could not afford to pay the monthly site rent and keep an otherwise free system on the air. !! --> Most of our site equipment (including our tech bench analyzer) are for sale.
